Month 2

These pages are 12 x 12 and the for the photo is approx 7 x 10. If you are making a page and using the 8.5 x 11 you will have to scale down the Design Studio file to fit the smaller mat.

I've been making the monthly layouts in both boy and girl colors. The difference is in the onesies, blue for boy and pink for girl. I used Tigger on this Month 2, and actually made him bigger than the size for month one. I also used the Cricut Markers on the onesies to emphasize the lines and hand colored Tigger's nose.

Month 1

I had to buy the Pooh and Friends cartridge for the baby pages I've been making. I though this was one that I could live without for a while. The mommy's are into Pooh. I wasn't sure how I wanted to use the cartridge and finally decided on a monthly page with the cut from Pooh and Friends on the onesies.

The journaling block is from Graphically Speaking and the Block and number are from Printing Press. The rest is cut from New Arrival.

This layout is cut using Design Studio. I used George and Home Accents to create this layout. The scalloped mat, photo mat, and the white journaling mat are designed with George. The flowers and branches are using the Home Accents Cartridge. One of the flowers and branches are flipped.

Stars and Moon Layout

I used Design Studio for this layout, and it can be cut with the baby bug. The scallop photo mat is cut from Accent Essentials and the interior circles are from George. I used Fabulous Finds and George to create the film strip at the bottom of the page. The scalloped mat for journaling is from Plantin Schoolbook and George. The stars are from George and the moon is from New Arrival.

The stars are embossed with the cuttlebug folder D'Vine Swirls
I used a stamp set from Lil Davis Designs, Clear Stamps Sentiments. There are 16 different stamps in this set for journaling.

Grow Layout

I used Design Studio and the Cricut markers to creat the green scroll work only. When using the cricut markers check the base for the speed and pressure setting. From Accent Essential I cut the frame, frame background, and the flowers. I used Stickles for the flower centers, around the frame and on the "Grow"

Accent Essential: Grow and shadow cut at 3 1/2", Frame and Frame shadow cut at 3". The flowers are cut at 1" and 1 1/4".

Blue Scraps

I cut a variety of blue papers 1/2" wide, inked the edged and then layed them out and cut the length. The picture mat is for a 5 x 7 photo. The accents in the corners are cut using the Accent Essential Cartridge. The largest cut was 3 1/2". this was a great way to use a bunch of my scraps.

Trail Head

Week 23 we are to find photos with frames in the photos. I took this picture in May when I was at the Wildcat Hills Nature Center. The two pines trees make a perfect frame for the trail head sign.
