New York Layouts

Here's another set of layouts for my Oldest when he was in New York.  I pulled out the stripe paper to use as the base and one of the envelopes from my October Counterfeit Kit to, then changed my mind and decided to do a two page layout and made my own vellum envelope.

The pictures are matted on the red cardstock.  I just had to add the New York Epoxy sticker instead of a title. In the vellum envelop is a ticket to Madame Tussauds that can be removed. I punched a couple of stars out of the pocket then added the red star over it.  The tickets and film strip are layered behind the pocket.

So how many pictures of New York City does a body need? Evidently many as the ones this page are taken on the boat ride and from Ellis Island.  Actually he didn't take as many as I did when I went out there. I stamped the branch twice before inking again and really like how it turned out.

Each page has a spot for journaling for him to add when he gets a chance. The ticket has the date he was there so I've left off a date stamp on the layouts.
