Angel

I included a couple of Cricut Cartridges in with my January Counterfeit Kit Renew as I wanted to do a layout or two using them.  I use the Cricut Design Studio to create my cards and layouts as I do not need to be hooked up to the internet to do the.  this is actually the second layout I did using the Cricut - I just couldn't get the first one to look right.

I started with the "Jazz" paper and misted the edges with water so that I could curl the edges up.  I used a distressing tool on the rest of the edges but also curled a little bit of the "Ballet" paper as well.
I cut the leaves and flower branch out using the Cricut, then painted them the dark brown with the acrylic paint dauber.  I used the same dauber on all of the edges of the cardstock.

A few flat backed pearls and flowers scattered around and the layout just needs pictures.

Thanks for stopping by.

  1. This is very pretty. The inking edges does make a difference - I need to remember to do that more often.
