I used the Stampin' Up Wow Flower Stamp set and the Simply Sent Card Elements kit for this card. I used pop up dots behind the first two stickers for the flower.
For the inside of the card I selected a color from the DCVW mat stack and matted a piece of the Flower Power Designer paper. This covers up the ribbon in the inside of the card.
