David and Izzy

I've finally had a chance to get a couple of scrapbook pages done with my January Counterfeit Kit - Renew.  I'm scrapping while listening to the football games:).

I used and old sketch from Jen Gallacher's Stretch Your Sketch to get this one done.  It was a 2011 Two Peas in a bucket class.  You can find the information on her website In-site-full if your are in need of a sketch.

So I added a couple of blue flowers and a piece of pink trim. I was going to use some blue heart rhinestones but they are just to dark of a blue so I took them off.  I also changed my photos to black and white as there was just to many reds and oranges in the color picture.  I used the distress stain around the edges of the white cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by.

Love the adorable black & white photos! Great pages! Love that you bring out the touch of blue from the floral print - nice way to draw the attention to the photos. The little journal card with the date is cute too.
