June Counterfeit Kit Challenge - Forgeries and Forgeries in project.

There is lots of tutorials for the forgeries this month on the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog and they matched them by the different Basic Grey collection. My kit is based on the South Pacific kit and the tutorials were for Journaling cards, a pineapple and some map tags.

My scrapbook pages included pages that have no photos for my guys to add their own. Sometimes I have journaling spots on the front and sometimes I add tags to the back of the pages for them to write their own journaling.

Here's the journaling tags I made the pages I created for them on Life Happens - Casino Paper and Casino Paper part 2.

I like to use 4x6 or 3x5 index cards for the base of the card. I then just use the scraps of paper I used on to make the layout - it's the bits and pieces that would normally be thrown away.

To make these I used a couple of different adhesive, punches, scissors and score board.

A little bit of paper for the pocket on the back and it's ready for their journaling.

Recipe:
Index card and scraps of paper for embelishments
Punches: Stampin' Up - Word Window, Round Tap Punch: Martha Stewart - Cherish border punch; Crop-A-Dile - 1/4" corner Chomper
Misc.: Adhesive, Scissors and Scoreboard

Good job on the forgeries, the tags look great and will be a good addition to all the layouts you did with that paper :) I need to get going on these things myself :)

:) I was working backwards, trying to catch up on some blog visits at CKC and already saw how you used one of these. This is a terrific forgery. Thanks for sharing. It's a great idea.
