One of my goals this year is to make sure that I use my die cutting machine and the files I have collected or made. Todays layout has a file from Scrapbook and Cards Today (they post a free monthly file). I pulled out my January Counterfeit Kit and two of the pattern papers from Color Bok French Prep. I cut the Sketchy circles out of white cardstock and the polka dot paper as the background. I layered the embellishment's into two places one the 12x12 layout.
For the 8 1/2"x11" layout I turned the circle into an oval. I had a little bit of trouble cutting this one, the bottom of the oval went off the mat so I covered it up with the embellishment's.
I really like how they turned out and the doilies in the background are not girly at all. With the addition of the foam feathers, camera and film strip ribbon I think it makes a versatile layout for my guys.
Thanks for stopping by.
