I used the August Counterfeit Kit - For the Guys to make a few cards with the Unity Stamp KOTM - May 2017 {free your dreams}
Card #1 is my favorite:
I stamped and embossed the Unity Girl onto white cardstock, then stamped her again for the headband, shirt and coffee cup and fussy cut them. I used a rectangle stitched die to cut her out. I've matted her onto pink cardstock. Inspiration is from the Unity Stamp Co Blog here. I just loved her paper piecing so I had to try it. I'm definitely going to be doing this more.
Card #2:
I colored the images in with colored pencils, used a die to cut the birdies out and matted them onto brown cardstock.
Card #3 - reminds me of growing up. Coming in from the fields I would stop and pick a few daisies for Gandma and put them into bottles for her.
I did some simple water color with gelatos, die cut the flowers out at an angle and used foam tape behind to raise them up.
Card #4 and #5: I used the same butterfly stamp for these cards.
I stamped, clear embossed the butterfly and fussy cut them out. I colored a flower stamen with the same ink as the butterfly.
I used the dies to make a frame added a little bit of sheer ribbon to finish them off. I have a little bit of the flower paper left so you'll be seeing that in some more cards.
