Christmas Tree

I pulled a couple of pattern papers from my January Kit - Holiday Joy and the cut out I did of the car and tree. I again did a lot of distressing on the edges of papers, layered them in the center. I was going to use the blue and green circle pattern paper in the center but it was to distracting so I added some music paper on top.

For my youngest I had to do a little bit more planning as it is in 8 x1/2 x11". I started with my picture and matted it onto black cardstock. Then I measured the solid green paper and the polka dot green and used the picture to measure and cut my openings center.

I punched the Christmas tree out of green paper and decided that I need a larger element on the page. I brought in some Christmas tree wood veneers and a die cut of Christmas tree to finish off the layout.

I followed the same style I did for my New Beginnings layout.
