Once again I used scrap paper for this project. I stopped by Michael's and picked up the mini bird punch for a $1. I used my 1" circle punch and punched the bird first then punched the circle to create the scallops.
The bird is cut with my Cricut and I have pop up dots behind the wings.
The bird is layered on top of a pop up dot, a button and another pop up dot to give it extra depth. The March circle only has a pop up dot behind it.
