Feeling Better

I turned over the Bella Blvd paper and used the back side of it for my background.  I then pulled out a few of the scraps I had left from a Stampin' Up doily paper pack to go with it.  The pinks go well together.  The orange strip is the back of the lacy paper that I cut around to give the page some interest in making my pocket.

I misted the doily with the peach delight and then misted with water to lighten it up a bit. I dried it and before it was completely dry I crumpled it into a ball, flattened it out and continued drying.  I cut my photo to fit the scrap of orange cardstock.  The mini alpha's are some I made to go with my November counterfeit kit and I added that to a banner with some embroidery yard tied around it.

My journaling reads (on the back of the photo):
For the month of February I have spent all but one week of it sick.  My routine is some Advil in the morning and a couple of cough drops.  When I get to work I can have a small bit of the cough syrup and a nice hot tea, with cough drops sprinkled through out the day.  For lunch a bowl of soup with a shot of the cough syrup and repeat with cough drops.  Go home and go to bed.  Rise the next morning and repeat as needed.

Thanks for stopping by.
