Great Southern

I've hoarded the My Mind's Eye - Lost and Found "Union Square" papers for quite a while and it's time to get them onto layouts.  I had set them aside for layouts for my oldests' album thinking they would be perfect for pictures of his trip though Europe during his last deployment.

Since I'm having a hard time cutting into them, I want to make a double page layout per page, and I only have one sheet of them I'm going to be adapting some sketched for my layouts.  First up is the Union Square "Favorite" Union Station Paper. And wouldn't you know that I messed up cutting my first piece.  I then went on the look for another sketch and found this two page layout I'm using a sketch from Scrapbook Generation from 2011 which they used for one of their classes.

There is a bit of red glitter on each of the pages but I think I've paired them up nicely so that it is a nice accent and not over whelming.

I've used the dark grey from The Chalkboard Stack as my background then used the Love Letters for the accents. Each piece is inked with Black Soot. I did write in pencil each of the photo sizes and that will leave him an 1/8" all around.

That looks really nice. I always write in the photo sizes too when I do pages without them. I bet the page will really shine when you fill it up with snaps.
