1st Snow

Gosh, another layout using my September Counterfeit Kit. Originally I was going to use more orange paper on this because of the Marigolds, but it just didn't go so well even though there is some orange in the top flower paper.

I used the black Project Life Pen for my dates and the outlines on the papers.  I did outline the black pieces, it's just hard to see in the photo.  I cut the daisy flowers out of a scrap piece of paper and layered them with the journaling spot.

The I had just a few of the silver snowflakes - one brad, one cut in half and one full one.  I used the brad as a flower on the top picture and cut the full one in half then used the three pieces as corner pieces on the layout.

My Journaling reads:
We had just mowed the lawn the day before and woke up to our first snow.
