It's time for Challenge #2 at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog. Tara says "For this challenge, I am taking the cue from one of the papers that says Happy, Happy, Happy. I want you to create a layout about something or someone that makes you happy!
Well, I went rogue on this challenge. Instead of using paper with the words Happy on it I make a cut file, I am no expert on the Silhouette and tend have disagreements with mine all the time, so this file took me awhile to make and I now have lots of extra letters and pieces of this file. I'm using a free font - I don't know which one. but find one that you like.
I backed all the letters with a variety of papers from my CKC March 2022 - My Happy papers.
After backing the cut file, I printed and cut my papers down to the sizes I wanted. I used some of the same papers and the dies to make my embellishments.
The first photo is of the flowers in my garage. I buy them from the Boy Scouts; It's too cold when they deliver then in May that I have to keep them in the garage until we probably won't get frost. I have a variety of flowers, vegetables and herbs.
The second photo (on the left) is of some of flowers I re planted into one of my pots. Each of the photos has a few of the leaves from my dies that were included in my kit this month.
The last photo is of one of Boy Scouts pots. All of these flowers were already in this pot. Even though I said I buy them from the Boy Scouts - The order sheet is brought around the first of April one of my busiest times, so my hubby actually picks the flowers and places the order. for me.
