Snowman Tag

I used the corner rounder punch to make the scallop edges on white card stock. I sponged white then capri acrylic paint onto the tag. While this was drying I cut out the snowman tag and snowflake tag from the Very Merry Tag cartridge. The snowflakes were cut out of a piece of transparency. The snowflake tag base I sponged with white and the snowflake tag was sponged with capri. A small mini brad was sponged with both colors.

I cut a little piece of orange card stock and glued this to the back for the nose, then a piece of black for the eyes and mouth. From pink card stock I traced around the snowman's scarf, cut this out and glued it to the back of the snowman, then glued the snowman to the snowman tag back.

From dark pink paper I cut a square approx 3x3 1/2 and light pink paper 3x1, rounded the corners, then glued them down. A piece of white ribbon was wrapped around the card, tied and one pom pom placed under the knot. I attached the snowflake tag base to the card with a clear adhesive dot and cut the end of the mini brad off so they would not show behind the tag.

This tag can be cut with the baby bug. Click here for the cut file.

Recipe: Paper: White card stock, various shades of pink designer paper, orange, black, and dark pink; Cricut Cartridge: Very Merry Tags; Misc: Ribbon, pom pom ribbon, mini brad, glue, Clear Adhesive dots.
