Super Bowl Sunday Blog Hop - Day 2

It's BLOG HOP TIME!
The designers at Card a Day Blog are joining together to do a blog hop this weekend! The theme is Masculine cards! Let's not let the guys have all the fun on Super Bowl Sunday....let's get a little of our own fun in!
To join in....visit all the participating designers by visiting their sites, some are having prize give aways...so make sure you pop in! Make sure you comment on all the blogs too, because at the end of the weekend, they are going to send a list of all who commented on their blog, and we are going to do a grand prize drawing of all comments on each blog! Blog Hop Prize
So JOIN IN TODAY....comment on the main blog page, and visit the other hop pages and comment there too!

Thanks for joining us for Day 2 of the Blog Hop! Wasn't there some fabulous cards on Day 1 of the Hop?  I'm sure glad I don't have to pick a favorite.

For Day 2 I'm keeping with the same color scheme except I'm changing out the gray and black for shades of brown and adding a blue.

For the pheasant I first measured my stamp block, then cut the white paper that size which is 3" x 2", then stamped using Soft Suede. I stamped the leaves with the Pear Pizzazz and punched them out with a 3/4" punch. Out of my brown card stock I cut a 1" square to mount the leaf on and have them on pop up dots.  All of this is mounted onto blue cardstock then onto brown.

For the inside I have layered green, brown then the pattern paper onto the mat.  I had originally stamped a couple of the leaves along the bottom of the mat but didn't like the way that turned out so I just covered them up with the layers.

Once again here is my Blog Candy and I will choose a winner on Monday.

Blog Candy Contents:
Studio G Brag Book Photo Album
Studio G Flowers
Studio G Epoxy Stickers
Studio G Chipboard Words
Spool of Ribbon
Studio G Glitter Glue

Thanks for stopping by, but don't forget to leave a comment for the blog candy and to stop by the other blogs who are participating.
