Winter Love Relaxing

The Counterfeit Kit Challenge #2 is a container and as you already know challenge #3 is stamping on pattern paper.  Well I've combined these two challenges into one layout.  I am using a Caribou Coffee wrap for the container on my layouts. The challenge was perfectly times as I was planning on using it on these layouts. It holds the journaling for my page.  I also used pattern paper for the tag for my journaling and stamped on it.

 

For the 12x12 layout I've layered the picture of the chalk board from Caribou Coffee shop onto red and grey cardstock and used a few rub on's from my Counterfeit Kit on the corner and bottom. 

 

 

The journaling is on the backside of the bird and fits into the coffee holder.

 

 

 

 

 

For the 8 1/2" x 11" layout I cut my background paper down to size and with the same red and grey cardstock. Since my background paper is so busy I did not use any of the rub on's here.

I did use a different scrap of blue paper for my journaling spot and a different scrap of ribbon.

The journaling reads:
Dale and David had stopped at Caribou for coffee, when they say the chalk board with "Relaxing" on it.  David said that would be Izzy.  A few days later when Dale and I stopped in it was still on the board and Dale told me the story of what David said.  I went over and wrote her name on it and texted the picture to David.
