I pulled out my template for this one 12x12 sheet mini album and got to work. I matted the card with a black and then off white cardstock. I used this little banner frame for the front. I used 1/2" seam binding to tie the album closed.
I used another frame for the outside back and first fold inside of the mini.
Here is what the first fold on the inside looks like.
All of the pages opened up. I didn't want to just glue one side of the card to the black mats so I made a clear pocket for each mat. For the clear pocket I used the plastic wrapper that the Recollection cardstock comes in and cut each one, then glued it to the back of the black and tan mats. I made sure that I could fit 3-4 pocket cards in each clear pocket as I was making them.
I know it's really hard to see but there is just a shade darker where the clear pocket is.
Well I have a bunch of them used up in this little mini but I still need to incorporate them into my regular scrapping.
Thanks for stopping by.

What a clever way to use these up! I have scads of them languishing. Thanks for the inspo!
That's definitely commitment to work on them :) You did a fantastic job with the mini :)
Fantastic idea for P.L. cards. It looks so attractive too.
This is really wonderful! I'm guilty of shuffling around the PL cards too - this is a great idea for using them.
