A Good Day. . .

to be a Chihuahua.  We were kind of off this day as I had fed Izzy and then my youngest fed Izzy so she had to two breakfasts. What a way to start the day.

I again used my Counterfeit Kit for this layout.  It is the dotted paper and the punched flower burst at the bottom of the layout. I only have one sheet of the Bella BLVD Socialite "RSVP" paper and  I am making two 12x12 layouts and one 8 1/2 x 11 layout with the dotted paper so I had to plan my cuts with this sheet.

I was going to use the View Master reel but decided on the Tattered Clock instead.  I pulled out my scrap pile to make them.  I also pulled out a scrap of purple cardstock to go with the DCWV pattern paper at the bottom of the layout.

I again used my jar of pre-made flowers and then grabbed my baggie of punched butterflies to add tot he layout. I also added a bit  lace to the inside of the clock and a bit of embroider floss or twine for the flight of the butterfly.  Each of large butterflies were punched on single sided paper so I just used a pre-punched one that was in cardstock so the white would not show.

I used a couple of different Alphabets for this layout as I just didn't have enough letters to them all the same.  A few rhinestones and my flags of why it's "A Good Day" finish off the layout.

So for this layout I've used most of my 12x12 Bella Blvd paper and the rest of the DCWV Photo Reel Stack paper from the first layout.

The turquoise/red/yellow color combo is a fave. Puppy looks extremely satisfied at having double breakfast!

Your tattered clock is an excellent sub for the reel. Sweet doilies bordering the bottom. Thanks for playing along this month!
