June Counterfeit Kit - It's the Little Things

Today is the reveal at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog for the June Kit. We are Counterfeiting the Hip Kit Club - May 2018 Kit. (this is a long post) You should have arrived here from our Guest Designer Alice.   If not the full list of the hop is at the bottom of page.

There are several parts to this kit - A main Kit

A paper kit:

Pocket Page Kit:

Cardstock Kit:

Embellishment Kit:

And a Coulour Kit:
Love all the choices in this kit.

Here is my June Kit - It's the Little Things

I knew I had the Scenic Route - Laurel paper that had all the colored birds on it so I started with that for my inspiration piece. I added papers for both the A and B side of the Inspiration Collection so I have a quite large kit.

Papers Set 1: Tinkering Ink - Fred Astaire, Dear Lizzy - Spring "Lazy Ladybug", Pink Paisley - Numbers; My Minds Eye - Dolled Up "Princess" Delicate, Dear Lizzy - Spring "Swallowtail Social", Bo Bunny -Down By the Sea "Lagoon" and "Coral", Amy Tangerine, Jen Hadfield Collection - Best (next three sheets), Unknown Green, Kaiser Craft - To Have and To Hold, Scenic Route - Laurel Recollections - Teal Paisley and a couple of Forged Papers.

As if this wasn't enough I pulled in some paper that the guys had given me along with more older stash.

Page Set 2: DCWV - Copper cardstock, Pink Paisley -  Pick Me Up 7 and 16, Doodlebug - Cream & Sugar, Unknown Polka Dot Paper, Vicki Boutin - All the Good Things "Social Butterfly" and "Little Things", Dear Lizzy - Star Gazer "Be Free" and Happy Heureux", Unknown Yellow and Green, Doodlebug - Spring Things, American Crafts - Yummy Bunny and Bazzil embossed cardstock.

Then I had to add a couple of die cut pieces to cover the die cuts from the Embellishment kit.

I used the Cricut and Silhouette to make. I switched up the shapes from the one in the Embellishment kit.

I have included a couple of frames, Pink Paislee  Pick me Up Ephemera and Haberdashery, Enamel Dots, Scrapbook and Cards today stamp, DIY camera and suitcase, paperclips and buttons. The closest I came to the bird is the crane in the embellishment package. I made a couple of cameras and suitcases using the Cricut Cartridges. I had to add in the elephant buttons for Katie's layout. She love the elephants.

Some more stuff that the guys got for me. (Don't faint - but there is Thickers in here and some even have glitter! It's a first for me). Shimelle Glitter Dots, America Crafts - Good Things, Washi, Cut a parts, Wood Veneers and some more pompoms and another 6x6 paper pad - Pink Paislee Pick Me Up.  I'm using several Cricut Cartridges in my kit this month  -Paper Lace 1 and 2, Going Places, Graphically Speaking, Heritage and Doodlecharms.  The paper pad has some distress papers that I thought was a good match for the water colored stickers in the inspiration kit.

I know I will be adding paint and cardstock as I scrap during the month.

Your next stop on the hop is Julene who always has a wonderful Kit.

Don't forget to check back at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog the 2nd for Just The Gist and again on the 4th for Forgeries On the Fourth. Thanks for stopping by.

Oh boy - I definitely remember Scenic Route and I think I had that very same bird paper! You selected some pretty items and I like that you added those die-cuts, too.
