Strawberry Card - Country Life Series #3

I used the Strawberry on the Country Life cartridge to make this shaped card. I did not weld it together I just glued the top of the strawberry to form the card. I cut all of the shapes out at 4 1/4".

After I had everything glued down I went around the card with a white gel pen. This card will fit into a regular sized envelop.

Windmill Thank You - Counrty Life Series #2

Growing up in Nebraska you see a lot of windmills. I can remember Mom putting the watermelons in the water tanks to keep them cool.

The Welcome Neighbor pattern paper is perfect for this cartridge. The lined paper gives the background just enough of an accent and the clouds are great with the windmill.

I kept the inside pretty simple, white cardstock with the ribbon wrapped around it.

Betty Lou - Country Life Series #1

Country Life is one of the Cartridges I received for my birthday from my guys and I am going to do a series of cards using this cartridge. Betty Lou is the first image on the cartridge and I'm going to start with her.

I cut her and the layers out at 5 inches. Keep in mind that what ever color you pick for the main image will be the color of her hair, shirt and boots unless you cut the image a couple of time and fussy cut those pieces.

I used a Martha Stewart punch for the background to resemble a fence. I'm using a Stampin' up paper pack called Welcome Neighbor for the pattern papers.

Thanks for stopping by. Click here for the cut file.
