Cut the card base 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2" so that the card folds up. I cut two pieces of white cardstock at 4" x 5 1/4", one for the inside and one for card front. For the card front I stamped with Not Quite Navy them clear embossed. On to the light blue patterned paper I stamped the flower twice and clear embossed them both. I fussy cut one and used a pop up dot to give it some dimension. Before gluing the card front to the card base attach the ribbon to the back.
