I stamped the image and clear embossed it on a piece of light purple cardstock. This was then layered onto a patterned paper and a solid purple. Everything was then layered onto a patterned purple cut to 4" x 5.25". I used a piece of dark purple for the card base.
I used a strip of the background paper for the inside of the card on the white mat. I always put a white mat on the inside of a card if it is a colored base.
