My layout for today uses one of the die cut papers from my Set #3 for the Counterfeit Kit challenge. I added a few layers of scrap cardstock to build up some layers. The grey pattern paper is all I have left from my Mini Album and it is a nice accent on this page. I cut the doily in half and tucked the papers behind and on top of it.
When I was making my mini alphabets I made the orange and green colors to go with the a couple of the pattern papers I picked out. I think they turned out well. I colored the clear heart rhinestones with markers in green and orange. The one on the "here" chipboard is colored with a gold marker. I wanted to bring a bit of the tan background in here.
I stamped the "Where We Went" journaling spot onto tan cardstock and have it hidden beneath the orange and green cardstock layers at the top. I've attached a clothespin to keep it from falling to far beneath. I inked all the edges with the grey ink and then outlined with a black pen.
Thanks for stopping by.
