Sewing for Tank

Christy's Sketch #2 is using the February 15, 2015 Stuck?! sketch from Laura Whitaker. I was unable to actually link to Laura Whitaker's Pinterest board but here is Christy's where she had the sketch

The spool paper was selected specifically for this picture of fleece and flannel. All of the edges of the paper and embellishments are ink. I add some lace to both sides of the blue camouflage paper, replaced the ampersand and stars with the scissors, buttons and spool die cut.

I wrapped embroidery yarn around the spool for some added texture. On both layouts the heart, butterfly, label, date tag and journaling spot is from my reject box

Thanks for stopping by.
