Happy Tails to You!

Hi everyone, today I'm the Designer at Card A Day Blog and we are creating Kiddie Cards this week. The cutting instructions for the layers are at the bottom of the post. I inked all the edges except for the pup on the right and the sentiment.

I started by stamping the pup on the right onto white cardstock and cutting it out.  I then placed him where I wanted him onto the faded flowers background then stamped the pup on the left.   I added a piece of polka dot ribbon to the left side of the card.

For the inside I picked a lightly pattern paper and stamped the pup again. I wanted a bit of a pattern on the inside but did not have enough of the scraps to use the papers on the inside so I picked one that went with the colors on the front.

I stamped the "happy tails to you!" onto white cardstock then matted it in black.  I added a button with twine with a few of the stamped bones behind it.

Tomorrow Lucky will be hosting on the Card A Day Blog.
Thanks for stopping by.
