The sketch for day is Stuck Sketches February 15, 2015. You can find Christy's Pinterest board here. These layout were much easier to create. The Counterfeit Kit Challenge #1 this month is to "choose any one of the cards as inspiration - and create a layout, card, or ... well, anything, using one of the phrases as a prompt for your storytelling".
When we were down in San Antonio this past spring Dale and I dragged the kids to the River Walk and made them take the guided boat ride. In my box of reject I have three purple punch birds. Purple in the lights and purple in the birds and some of moms old vellum light blue and purple stickers.
I added a little bit more purple with some pattern paper. I cut apart the 7 gypsies paper to get the "adventure" and added it to the side.
The sketch has some little hearts in the three embellishment clusters. I thought my butterfly with the hearts was perfect for this.
My tag is blue as there was only 2 purple tags. I added the punched bird to the tag. I added the other butterfly in the top by the photo.
Since I have the bird on here - I need to find a bird stamp to incorporate it in here also. I haven't completed the guys' layouts as I'm not quite sold with my layout.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hooray for using purple! I don't think we use that color enough and it's one of my favs :)
